Saltersford Gardens Holme Chapel

The development comprises 93 properties and a children’s play area with green open space just off Macclesfield Road, with a mix of two to five-bedroom house types to meet local demand. The brochure is now available and the first 10 properties have been released for sale, and the Sales & Marketing Suite is set to open later this month.

Groundworks began at the start of the year and construction is currently underway. As part of the project, highways improvements are being made to Macclesfield Road with a new roundabout installed at its junction with Manor Avenue. To further improve road safety, a Toucan crossing will be placed at the eastern approach and there will be a new footpath to the village.
